Exercising

A regular exercise routine is imperative for a healthy heart.
Exercising improves heart function, lowers blood pressure and cholesterol, and boosts your energy.
First, consult your doctor on a specific routine to meet your individual needs.

Enjoy Exercising:
Make exercising fun by picking something that you enjoy doing. If you like being with a group of people, get involved in a team exercise routine, such as soccer, dancing, or mall walking. If you like exercising alone, try bicycling or swimming.

Be aware of your current state of physical fitness. If you have not exercised in years, start with some easy going activities. Then you can increase your activities.

Schedule:
Start exercising in fifteen minute block times. When your routine becomes regular, you can possibly increase time to twenty, and then thirty, minutes. An effective exercise routine is one that is repeated 3 or 4 times per week.

Make sure that you exercise intelligently and cautiously. Exercise improves your health.
